RAOUF ABOUD
Raouf is the Co-Founder & CEO of RADY Venture Studio. He is a seasoned venture builder with over 27 years of experience founding, scaling, and transforming businesses in telecommunications, IT, and emerging technologies across the Middle East and Europe.
Raouf has launched his first company in France at just 21, pioneering early satellite data-transmission solutions. After relocating to Saudi Arabia, he rose from Telecommunications & IT Manager to CEO of Applied Technologies, establishing it as a leading Internet Service Provider and technology innovator. He later founded Smart Energy in Masdar City, UAE, driving sustainable transformation through advanced energy-efficiency technologies.
Raouf’s ventures have advanced digital adoption, operational excellence, and sustainability across the GCC.
He holds a degree from Paris’s École Supérieure des Techniques Informatiques (ESTI).
Executive Board Member
DANY KIAME
Dany is an Executive Board Member at RADY Venture Studio, providing strategic guidance and supporting growth initiatives across the portfolio. He is a growth-oriented executive with over 15 years of leadership experience across Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE, having scaled and steered more than ten companies to lasting success.
He has built ventures from inception to multimillion-dollar revenues — including one growing from zero to $15M — and spearheaded regional acquisition strategies for VC-backed enterprises in KSA and the Netherlands. With a proven record of forging strategic alliances with leading telecom operators across the MENA region, Dany offers investors and partners deep regional insight, strong negotiation and deal-structuring skills, and a long-term vision focused on sustainable value creation.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Notre Dame University (NDU), Beirut, Lebanon.

SUHAIL TARABULSI
Suhail Tarabulsi is the Chariman of RADY Venture Studio and serves additionally as board member across the EPC, Information Technology, Media, Telecom, and Social Media sectors.
Since beginning his career in 1995, he has advanced from Planning Engineer to CEO, leading and advising several organizations in Saudi Arabia and beyond. An entrepreneur since 1999, Suhail has founded and co-founded multiple companies, many of which he continues to serve as a board member. He is the former President of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) Riyadh Chapter, part of a global network supporting entrepreneurs in over 60 countries.
Currently, Suhail provides consultancy services in Corporate Governance and Business Transformation, and is a founding member of the Ahyaha Society, supporting cancer patients in Madinah.
He holds a B.Sc. in Physics (Solid-State Electronics) from the American University in Cairo.
Chief Investment Officer
CORINE KIAME
Corine is the Chief Investment Officer at RADY Venture Studio, leading investment strategy, portfolio development, and capital allocation across high-growth sectors in the Middle East. She also serves as President of the Lebanese League for Women in Business (LLWB) for the 2023–2026 term.
From 2015 to 2023, she was Chief Investment Manager at Insure and Match Funding (IM), where she oversaw USD 79M in assets, led analytical teams, and managed deal sourcing, structuring, valuation, fundraising, and exit strategies. Before that, she spent over nine years at SHUAA Capital in Dubai as Director of Product Development, Strategy, Project Management, and Operations. Earlier in her career, she served as Assistant Fund Manager on regional portfolios totaling USD 1B across fifteen Arab markets.
Corine holds a Master’s in Finance from Paris IX Dauphine, executive certifications from Harvard Business School and MIT, and a Corporate Directors Certificate from ESA/IFC.

SERGE CHERFAN
Serge is an Executive Board Member at RADY Venture Studio, providing strategic guidance on investment priorities, portfolio performance, and long-term value creation. He is a seasoned investment professional with over 25 years of experience in private equity and alternative investments, including startups, growth capital, and public–private partnerships across Saudi Arabia and the MENA region.
With a background in corporate banking and management consulting, Serge provides strategic oversight to portfolio companies, advising on capital deployment, operational improvement, and accelerated growth. Earlier in his career, he worked across leading financial institutions and advisory firms, developing a multidisciplinary perspective that informs his investment approach and value-creation strategy.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer and Communications from the American University of Beirut (AUB) and an MBA from ESCP Business School (École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris).

IPHIGENIA VON MOOCK-TSIPAS
Iphigenia is the Chief Strategy Officer at RADY Venture Studio, driving strategic growth, innovation, and organizational transformation across the portfolio. She is a recognized strategist in venture building and enterprise growth, with over 25 years of experience advising multinational corporations, government entities, regional powerhouses, and high-growth ventures across Europe and the Middle East.
As Founder & CEO of PhiThea™, she has partnered with investors, founders, and leadership teams to shape organizational strategy, scale new business models, and accelerate go-to-market execution. Her expertise spans corporate innovation, leadership advisory, transformation design, and venture building, enabling high-impact enterprises to unlock growth, operational excellence, and cultural evolution.
Iphigenia holds an MBA from London Business School and has completed executive programs at Harvard Business School and Stanford University.
