DANY KIAME

A growth-oriented executive with over 15 years of leadership experience across Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE, Dany has been instrumental in scaling and steering more than ten companies to sustained success. He has built and grown ventures from inception to multimillion-dollar revenues — including one from zero to $15M — and has spearheaded regional acquisition strategies for VC-backed enterprises in KSA and the Netherlands. With a proven record of forging strategic alliances with leading telecom operators across the MENA region, Dany brings investors and partners a rare combination of deep regional acumen, strong negotiation and deal-structuring expertise, and a long-term vision anchored in sustainable value creation.

SERGE CHERFAN

Serge Cherfan is a seasoned investment professional with more than 25 years of experience in private equity and alternative investments including startups, growth capital, and public-private partnerships in Saudi Arabia and the MENA region. With a background in corporate banking and management consulting, he provides strategic oversight to portfolio companies and advises them on capital deployment and growth hacking. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer and Communications from the American University of Beirut (AUB) and an MBA from Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP).









Co-Founder - CEO

RAOUF ABOUD 

Raouf Aboud is a venture builder with 27+ years of experience founding and scaling businesses in telecommunications, IT, and emerging technologies across the Middle East and Europe. He launched his first company in France at 21, pioneering satellite data transmission, and later became CEO of Applied Technologies in Saudi Arabia, turning it into a leading ISP and tech firm. He also founded Smart Energy in UAE’s Masdar City to promote sustainable, energy-efficient solutions. Raouf holds a degree from Paris Ecole Supérieure des Techniques Informatiques.
